Dr. Laurence White, has given us permission to release the book as a .pdf file. Now, we just have to make it into a .pdf file...without ruining my only copy of the book, if possible. Ley, and more recently, Mary, there has come a profound respect for a man that understands the word Grace and his love for Mary. We look to that day when we will be united with Mary in our heavenly home. That respect has caused my wife and I to transfer our membership to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, even though it is a two hour drive from our home. It is but a small sacrifice to make in order to be in common worship with him and our fellow believers. In His name, Gene In my few short years of knowing Pr. Ley's messages, I think, reflected Luther's understanding there very well, whether Pr. Ley was considering them or not. That shows what Dr. Robert Preus claimed was the great goal of seminary education: so embedding the <i>hypotyposis</i> that St. Paul speaks of, “the pattern of sound words,” that our doctrine shows forth in our practice, in our trials, etc., because it is, simply, a part of us.
